These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and online services operated by Energy Lend Pty Ltd (ABN 30 625 772 787, Australian Credit Licence 516776), referred to as “Energy Lend”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
These terms apply to use of our website and do not replace any Credit Guide, privacy consent, credit proposal disclosure, service agreement, lender document or other terms supplied in connection with a finance application or service. If another document applies to a particular service, that document will govern that service to the extent of any inconsistency.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Access and acceptance
